CC Network

Is a network of carefully selected Field Agencies nationwide that are utilized by Consumer Connections. Make one call and Consumer Connections will bid the project, fully manage the project while it is in the field, send daily status reports for all locations by Noon (EST) and validate 25% of each market’s data. One invoice will be submitted when the project is complete.

Our Testing Facilities

12 One-On-One Interviewing Rooms
  • Each room contains Web enabled DSL service and Phone Line
  • Each room is environmentally controlled to maintain same temperature and relative humidity
  • Each room is equipped with an evacuation system to draw out all odors as necessary
  • Each room is equipped with a video and audio monitoring/taping system
  • Rooms 7 - 12 additionally contain:
    • Kenmore Elite Washer/Dryer
    • Utility Sink
    • All water is calibrated to produce constant water temperature and water softness


Test Kitchen
  • Large preparation counter area
  • Pantry and portable counter tops available
  • 6 wall ovens (3 double units)
  • 6 microwave ovens
  • 4 professional countertop burners
  • 2 commercial refrigerators
  • 1 commercial freezer
  • 1 ice machine
  • 1 dishwasher
  • Toaster ovens available upon request
  • All equipment on separate electrical outlets
  • Microwaves and toaster ovens can be used in testing rooms
